On June 5th, the association of entrepreneurs at Corredor del Henares (AEDHE) in Madrid held its annual Awards for Business Excellence in 10 categories, with Grupo Autoestático‐Sb‐PosterFix winning an award in the Family Business category.
Family business is key to the transmission of corporate culture over the years. This category acknowledges in particular the entrepreneurial spirit of its drivers and, specifically, the aim to grow andthe ability to successfully transfer the culture of the company among generations.
Guillermo Pérez, President and Founder of Grupo Autoestático‐Sb‐PosterFix, receives, along with his family, the AEDHE award for Business Excellence in the category of Family Business.
Grupo Autoestático‐Sb‐PosterFix was rewarded with the Family Business Award for their contributions to the market and for their strong entrepreneurial spirit, which has firmly rooted in the next generation.
The Group started business in 1982. Soon after that, 2 of the 3 companies in the Group were created, SB Performance Rack and Autoestático, and most recently Posterfix. It was not until 2007 when the decision to create a Family Protocol to retain the culture of the company through the descendants and relatives of its founder, Guillermo Pérez, was put into practice.
At first, the business activity of the Group was closely related to advertising and graphic arts. But it was thanks to their patented inventions, Autoestático® and PosterFix®, that the Group grew exponentially and increased its presence and visibility in both domestic and international markets.
As of today, the services portfolio of Grupo Autoestático‐Sb‐PosterFix, besides their previously mentioned patented products, include design, advertising, printing and customization services, as well as the development of new invented and patented products as, for instance, their MultiCard®.
